Service: The service was well above the average standard for an on-line seller.
Product: Bought the mattress a year ago and still enjoy it very much. It's on the firm side but that's fine with us. The quality is very good and I haven't noticed any changes in shape or deformation on it.

Service: I was told that the only available mattress was "Medium/firm" which was supplied. I do not find it firm enough and couples tend to roll together and sink too low which creates comfort issues.

Very friendly and I would recommend them.
Product: Took about two weeks to get used to it.
We both find it a little bit too firm. We have added a masters topper to soften the mattress. Would have perhaps preferred a soft to medium option. Do like the memory foam though.
I don't mind it now but my husband still mentions he is a bit achey by morning. I think it is the firmness of it. I also would have preferred a softer foam.

Service: It is not hard to "Just deliver" when it comes to business, what is hard is doing it consistently. My direct and indirect family have purchased dozens of products from Ergoflex and it's refreshing to know that there is a sustainable Australian business that is not gouging their customers.
Product: "It's the best thing since sliced bread" , My grandparents would say that often about something new and fancy that actually worked. I would have to say that the mattress is a comfort to sleep on and actually does not end up being a sweltering heat box, something that many others normally do.
Simply put, I've had solid sleeps for the past 7 years, can beat that.

Product: The mattress came as described, I had done my research and knew it would be hard...I don't mind a hard mattress but this is rock hard. As it heats up with your body heat, you sink into it. I do sleep well on it, but it isn't a magical mattress to heal your injuries. My wife loves it, and has said back pain she was getting worth our last Mattress is all but gone. I'm a bit the other way, still wake with a sore back and shoulder...but I'm mindful these things are an individual experience, what works for someone else isn't going to necessarily work with me. Don't get me wrong, this is a high quality product, at a decent price, but personally next mattress will be another brand, unless ergoflex explore a softer option.

Service: I recall the mattress arrived in a short time after ordering.
They also responded positively to an enquiring email about returns.
The service was/is excellent
Product: Despite some comments regarding heat problems in Summer I found that they failed to materialize.
The memory foam has a peculiar feel and obviously lacks the bounce of springs. This by no means detracts from its comfort.
I have no complaints and would recommend to anyone to give it a shot.

Service: Mattress arrived quickly and exceeded my expectations. My 6 foot plus son who weighs in over 100kg says it is the most comfortable mattress ever and he now has the best sleep.
We will definitely be replacing all our mattresses with Ergoflex.
